Project terms, cancellations & refunds

What the $199 Starter package includes

The $199 USD Starter package includes a responsive one-page website with up to six sections, basic on-page SEO, click-to-call/email/directions links, up to six supplied or appropriately licensed images, one consolidated design revision round, agreed deployment help and source-file handover, and seven days of post-launch technical bug fixes. Domain registration, paid hosting, booking integrations, advanced forms, e-commerce, ongoing maintenance and further revisions are excluded unless confirmed in writing. A custom quote may change scope and pricing.

Payments

For the standard Starter package, the payment schedule is $99.50 USD (50%) deposit after acceptance of the project agreement and $99.50 USD (50%) after final approval and before handover. The target delivery window is 3–5 business days after payment of the deposit and receipt of the necessary content, subject to an individually agreed timeline. Other project types may use different written terms. Additional charges need prior agreement.

Cancellation and refunds

To cancel or raise a refund request, write to YOUR_EMAIL@example.com . We will review the work completed, direct unrecoverable expenses disclosed before purchase, the specific project agreement and mandatory consumer protections. Payments for work not yet performed may be refundable where applicable. If we cancel and cannot deliver agreed work, we will refund the portion paid for work not supplied. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Revisions and handover

The Starter package includes one consolidated round of reasonable changes within the original scope. After approval and final payment, we provide the agreed website assets and publishing access. Third-party assets remain subject to their licenses. For seven days following launch, we correct reproducible technical defects in the agreed deliverables; this does not include new design requests or extra features.

Information we receive

When you contact us, you may share your name, business, email address, and website project details. We use that information to respond, provide quotations, fulfil agreements, and satisfy any applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Legal basis and retention

Where EU data law applies, we generally process inquiry details to take requested pre-contractual steps, administer a contract, or meet legal duties as appropriate. Records are kept for as long as needed for those purposes and applicable recordkeeping duties.

Website analytics, cookies and payments

Our website itself does not currently run advertising trackers or an on-site checkout. Clicking the email links opens your email application. The hosting provider may keep technical connection logs under its own terms. If payment is agreed, payment information is handled through the selected external payment service; card information is not collected on this website.
